The article made questionnaire survey to medical college students and doctors who were in medical college’s teaching hospitals on the status of medical students' professional ethics accomplishment, undstood the status of the medical students' medical ethics accomplishment and education, and analyzed its influencing factors.Then discussed from three aspects in improving the medical students' professional ethics cultivation mechanism, improving teachers' teaching level, improving medical students' ethical quality.To provide evidences for effective professional morality education and targetedly enhancing medical students' professional ethics accomplishment.
