Focusing on the analysis of difficulties and problems of dormitory management for international students studying in China, which are based on the background of cultural difference, this paper puts forward several key approaches for the integrated dormitory management for international students in terms of the following six aspects: organization & management, humanistic concern, self-discipline, self-management, serving awareness and team built, to find out the innovative strategies fit for dormitory management for international students, and to lay a good foundation for perfecting the management system of international students and creating a good learning environment for them.
