This paper discussed the necessity of psychological education in training urological postgraduates. The teaching content and form was also analyzed and discussed. Psychological education for urological postgraduates including two parts: mental health education and medical psychology knowledge education. The latter focuses on enhancing doctor-patient communication skills, teamwork skills and simple psychological intervention ability.
