Based on the investigation of the status situation of A Medical Education，the writers analyze the reasons of the retaken courses problems from three forms ：following retaken，self-study retaken and counseling retaken and from the facets of the number of applicants ，students reference rate, grade distribution and so on. Suggestions for further optimization from three aspects: (1) the implementation of rebuilding credit charge, make every student equal access to rebuild the learning opportunities; (2) to provide more learning platform, make the following retaken and self-study students enjoy the learning process to rebuild; (3) strengthen the student's academic guidance, to create a good style of study.
