Abstract:【Abstract】OSCE（objective structured clinical examination） is an examination of objective evaluation of the clinical skills．This article introduced the practice and the effect of OSCE in our hospital， including the advantages and disadvantages．It was discussed that OSCE would be widely applied in the future.
