In view of the problems that appear in construction and management of open sharing platform of large instrument in university. his article discusses platform construction, institutional building, experimental team building and how to insure efficient operation of the instruments. This discussion provided theoretical support of the large instruments opening and sharing, efficient operation, in order to enhance teaching and research level of school.
