Objective: To improve the efficiency of human resource management by the construction of hospital human resource management system. Methods: To determine the structure of the hospital human resource management, system by analysing the hospital business process and the application of the WEB technology, Browser/Server structure, database and the web service . Results: The hospital human resource management system was successfully constructed by the analysis of hospital organizational structure and the use of information technology. Conclusion: The construction of hospital human resource management system that based on Browser/Server structure realized the information management of human resources and improved the level and efficiency of hospital human resource management.
