By researches on the Pay Satisfaction of teachers of high education schools, analyze synthetically the present situation and influencing factors of the Pay Satisfaction of teachers of high education schools, put forward suggestions on increasing the teachers and staff’s Pay Satisfaction ,with reference of overall situation and differences of the Pay Satisfaction of teachers.
