OBJECTIVE：TO improve the level of medication management in our hospital and guarantee the safety of patients. METHODS：Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals (JCI standards) was introduced, focusing on the details of international patient safety goals, medication management and use, quality improvement and patient safety, et. The important medication processes were monitored and improved by detail management. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS：The JCI standards was introduced to improve medication management system. Problems were found by monitoring and quality improvements were practised timely. The risk of medication process was reduced, it is significance to guarantee the safety of drug use of patient.
