Abstract:Objective With the graduates who majored in Health Management in a Medical University as objects, this research is to study the graduates’ assessment of their professional curriculum, and analyses their requirements of the expertise when they are in practice. Methods Based on random sampling, this study investigates the evaluation of the graduates who majored in Health Management, Health Jurisprudence and Hospital Management of the importance of curriculums, the hours of classes and teaching periods. There are 208 valid questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and chi-square test can be used with spss 16.0. Results Most graduates are satisfied with curriculum settings, but the importance of Advanced Mathematics is exaggerated with many class hours. Medicial curriculum is considerd to be important, though it has many hours. Conclusions The structure of medical curriculum needs to be optimized. According to social needs, it should add the hours of toy curriculums, and at the same time, give students more independent choice in practice.
