    摘要:

    近年来护士流失日趋严重,本文以南京市某三甲医院为例,采用问卷调查和半结构式访谈的方法,分析其2006-2011年护士流失的基本情况和特点,探讨护士流失的主要原因,并提出建立合理的薪酬制度、完善在职护士的管理、提高护士的社会地位等政策建议以解决当前护士流失的现象。

    Abstract:

    The outflow of nurses is becoming more and more serious in recent years. This paper firstly analyzed the basic situation and characteristics of the loss of nurses from 2006 to2011 in a three level hospital of Nanjing city using the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, then discussed the main reasons for the loss of nurses, at last proposed policy proposals to solve the problem of outflow of nurses such as the establishment of a reasonable salary system, the perfect management for nurses and the improvement of nurses’ social status.
