Abstract:The outflow of nurses is becoming more and more serious in recent years. This paper firstly analyzed the basic situation and characteristics of the loss of nurses from 2006 to2011 in a three level hospital of Nanjing city using the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, then discussed the main reasons for the loss of nurses, at last proposed policy proposals to solve the problem of outflow of nurses such as the establishment of a reasonable salary system, the perfect management for nurses and the improvement of nurses’ social status.
