Abstract In the present study, we reviewed recent misreading on the policy of information in the media and the audience for health communication ‘clinical treatment before settlement’. Further more, we analyzed the because of the reasons behind, which included the online social resentment, dissemination status asymmetry between the government and the audience and ‘heat island effect’ in media and so on. Finally, we discussed and suggested the rational and right way for the health communication of the policy information.
