This paper analyzes the method of payment of the medical insurance for urban employees, urban residents medical insurance and the new rural cooperative medical care system in detail in Huaian.This paper focus on the operation of town worker medical insurance and urban residents medical insurance in Taizhou. Extract one each in Huaian’s three-level medical institutions and secondary medical institutions,and further study the current situation of fee which is charged by three kinds of basic medical insurance fund buying medical service and using method of payment in Huaian.
