Because of the lack of the necessary training of medical students in clinical practice, students’ clinical practice ability can not meet the needs of today's medical and health services in the existing mode of medical education. In order to solve the problem that there is serious gap between theory and practice of medical students, medical educators need to recognize the importance and urgency of early clinical practice. In today's world of medical education reform are actively exploring the early clinical practice education. In order to effectively respond to the trend of globalization of medical education, medical educators in China need to constantly explore the early clinical practice education model in line with national conditions , explore new early clinical practice inside and outside the course.
