【Abstract】Taking Nanjing Medical University for example, choosing 600 junior medical students from Nanjing Medical University, then to survey them and make descriptive statistical analysis of the data. The results show that most of junior medical students had a good conscious of career planning , and most of them were eager for career planning education, while the school was lack of career planning education especially for junior students , and we call for it would be received best attention.
