Abstract:This paper described the practice of appointment registration service based on the cooperation between 114 Health Service Central of China Telecom and Anhui a large scale general hospital. Audio message system and information technology are used in the service platform. The patients may freely choose their visit time points on the platform, by such means as the outpatient clinic, website, telephone or mobile client, and making full use of medical resources. This paper also probed into other issues in relation. And that provide convenience, informationization,humane development practice experience of appointment registration service.
