Abstract:In recent years, due to the enhancement of hospital management idea of progress and patient autonomy consciousness, patient safety has attracted the attention of many countries WHO and medical profession. WHO (WHO) has repeatedly called on Member States to pay close attention to patient safety, put forward a global effort, to ensure patients safety action. This paper briefly introduces the Hongkong Hospital Authority in recent years vigorously promote the establishment of patient safety culture in "five steps", namely: 1, first do noharm; 2, the two pillars; 3, three levels to promote synergy quality improvement;4, 4X safety culture; 5, 5X5 risk list, at the same time on the mainland and Hongkong in patient safety management model differences, and the mainland in the related problems in the implementation of patient safety culture are briefly discussed.
