Abstract:Quality of teachers in medical colleges directly affects the quality of medical students. But the attribute of medical humanities and social sciences of medical science determines the implementation of moral teaching by example in of medical colleges. The meaning of moral teaching by example was clarified. It was noted that moral teaching by example should followed the principles of demonstrating by practice, touching by practice and teaching by practice. By taking Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, the innovative practice of moral teaching by example was explored, and it can be referenced by other medical colleges.
