This article is based on the perspective of innovation network of scientific research innovation team, and transplanted in the field of medicine, thinks medical innovation team with network characteristics. Combining innovation network theory to analyze all the elements of medical scientific research team, and further elaborated under the network environment of medical scientific research team of innovation mechanism. In consequence, this paper points out countermeasures based on analysis of the factors.
