As a case for Nanjing medical university,This thesis has surveyed and analyzed the status of the development of university teachers. By measuring teaching basic state, "Teacher Development" acknowledge, "Teacher Development" needs and expectations,the thesis has found common problems and widespread confusion,and put forward suggestions targetedly.
