Abstract:To construct effective management system of standardized resident training is the key to guarantee training quality. This article will elaborate the practice and exploration of management system based on the experience of the primary hospital, which has implemented standardized resident training course for decades of years: including setting up network management organization, emphasis on pre job training, implementation of training system, innovation of training mechanism, improvement of a sound evaluation system, aimed to investigate the suitable management mode of standardized resident training in primary hospital.
