Abstract:Soft management is one of an important methods in human resource management; It can promote development of talents’ system, cultivate a sense of belonging, improve hospital’ long-term development. This paper, emphasizes the importance of high-level talents in China’s public hospitals, analyzes high-level talents’ underlying characteristics, explores high-level talents’ recruitment, training and controlling based on practices and experience. In addition, it proposes soft management model of high-level talents, and provides a series of lessons and strategies for high-level talents’ management in public hospital.
