Through systematical reviewing and summarization of the relevant studies, the paper explain and classified the connotation of hospital technological innovation, generalized the widely used evaluation principle, methods and indexes, and summarized the problem in current study, which would provide new ideas for roundly and accurately in evaluating technological innovation of third-tier general hospital.
