Abstract: To evaluate the effect of the implementation of the current training program，the authors have investigated the clinical medicine postgraduates who come from 2009-2012 clinical medical speciality. The pass rate of examinations of doctors' qualification of postgraduates in grade 2009 is higher than postgraduates in grade 2010. Surveys on the clinical medical professional postgraduate students and their supervisors indicate that their clinical operation skills were improved significantly and meet the requirements after training. Combing clinical medicine postgraduate education with standardized training of clinical residents and transforming teaching mode of clinical skills will be the important measures to cultivate medical talents of high quality and avoid the waste of medical education resources.
