Abstract:: Mental Health Education in most Medical Schools is Currently Factinng Three Main Problems: Srructural Contradictions,Professional bottleneck and Disconnection with the Demand of Medical Specialty. In Order to Resolve these Problems, Continuous Exploration should be Given to Professional Status Promotion, Group Construction, Mechanism Building and Requirenment Adaption. Professional Educatiors need to Practice Management for Benefit and Gain Development from Connotation.
