    摘要:

    医院绩效评价是近年的热点话题,建立和完善绩效考核体系一直是医院管理的重要内容之一。文章以某公立三级专科医院行政科室为研究对象,采用文献综述分析和比较归纳的方法,对医院绩效考核现状、常用绩效考核方法、行政科室特点等进行分析,采用360度绩效考核方法对行政科室绩效评估进行探索、实践及思考,为建立医院行政科室绩效考核体系提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Performance management in hospital was a hot topic in recent years. Establishing and perfecting the performance management system was an important section in hospital management. This paper studied performance management at administrative department in tertiary specialized hospital by literature review and comparison. We investigated the status of performance management and commonly used methods and analyzed the characteristics of administrative department. This comprehensive investigation into performance management could be a reference model for performance management at administrative department in hospital.
