Abstract:Objective Through the situation investigation of the hospital managers’ continuing education in Jiangsu province, comparing the effects of different factors on education, to put forward reasonable suggestions from four aspects: the government, hospitals, training institutions, managers. Methods Self-designing questionnaire, sorting and summarizing data using SPSS20.0 software for analysis. Results Managers have high self study requirement ,continuing education participation well-balanced. Interoperation is not formed between diversification and individuation of education, training demand is not met. Inner power of learning and external motivation must be promoted together. Conclusion Government need set up the lifelong education system, hospital need establish the learning organization, training institutions need meet the diverse needs of mutual communication, managers play subjective initiative to establish the concept of lifelong learning.
