It is the intension and foundation of sustainable development in hospital and also the ultimate expression of core competitiveness of hospital that we should strengthen the training of the new staff in general hospital and help them start the “Career Sail”. We analyzed the significance of systematically standardized management to the new staff which engage in medicine, pharmacy, nursing and medical technology in general hospital. Also, we introduced the innovative practice of Wuxi Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University to provide a comprehensive theoretical and practical reference for enhancing the standardized management of new staff in general hospital.
