【】Focus on high cesarean section rate, program on reducing the rate of cesarean in Gaochun District of Nanjing City was carried out. Main measures taken to reduce the rate of cesarean section and to promote natural delivery, as well as primary achievement in Hospital were made detailed description. Strategies and proposals were provided in order to communicate with the national counterparts and to make efforts to promote natural delivery in our country effectively.
