Positive psychology contains abundant thoughts of modern life education. We will try to find concepts, methods and techniques of life education from it. Firstly, focusing on the positive side of human natures is helpful to grasp the true meaning of life and the essence of life, and to form the correct life views; Secondly, the researches of positive psychology on subjective well-being, positive personal traits, and positive social organizations, provide the methods to achieve the goals of life education; Finally, from seeking advantage, perfusion hope and giving strength, we find the specific operational techniques of life education. Imitating the successful people's thinking and behavior can be used as a more specific measure for life education.
