Abstract:【】 Objective: To explore the influencing factors of the blood donation, and to provide the basis of effectively advocating people to donate blood. Methods: Bibliometric analysis and descriptive analysis were used to clarify the results. Results: There were 228 documentations which covered 17 provinces in China. 91.2% documentations concluded that the main influencing factor of the blood donation was the blood donation constitution, 18-35 years old, male, high level of education, the urban residents tended to blood donation. Blood donation cognitive and experience were important factors. Conclusions: In order to improve the rate of the population of blood donation and to security clinical blood demand, we should strengthen to set up the collection blood constitution, and to improve blood staff service attitude and service level. Publicity and recruitment should be focused on men, young people, the city, while expand to the female, older, rural area.
