Management of hospital-associated infections is characterized by involing knowledge about many kinds of subjects and the routine work content is complicated to some extent. For present team model of infection control in China, misunderstand of organizing team model, lack of sufficient comprehension in introduction of non-nurse majors and not thinking about major division in the team do exsit. In order to solve construction question of infection control team and get a longtime progress for infection control, rational division under present team model of infection control or new type of team model of infection control should be done.
