Objective To analyze community health human resource allocation in Nanjing.Methods Based on Nanjing community health workSreport in 2013, analyze quantity, educational background, and professional title of community health situations in Nanjing. Results General practitioners per ten thousand were 2.37. The ratio of doctors to nurses is 1/0.8. Public health physicians per ten thousand were 0.38.The educational background at levels of college or junior college accounted for 72.65%. the primary professional title accounted for 58.38%.
