    摘要:

    目的 从公共卫生管理的角度,站在医疗机构的立场,探究医患沟通的监控。方法 采用随机抽样对江苏省867名医务人员开展医患沟通监控的问卷调查。结果 (1)监控集中于住院期间沟通;(2)多采用投诉、医疗纠纷和事故的数量以及患者满意度等终末监控形式,并以此进行评价和考核。结论 建议把医患沟通制度纳入医疗质量控制体系,采用科学的方法制定医患沟通监控指标和评价指标,用以评价及反馈医患沟通监控结果。

    Abstract:

    Objective From the perspective of public health management, standing in the position of medical institutions, we explore the physician-patient communication monitoring. Methods 867 medical staff of Jiangsu Province which were chosen by the random sampling method were measured by the questionnaires of physician-patient communication monitoring. Results (1) Monitoring link focuses on the communication during hospitalization.(2) Mainly ways of monitoring was the number of medical complaints, disputes and accidents and hospital patients’ returns, which are all terminal monitoring forms and also used to evaluate and exam the monitoring work. Conclusions We suggest put the physician-patient communication system into medical quality control system and formulate scientific monitoring index and evaluating index which are used to evaluate and feed the result of monitoring back.
