    摘要:

    人才引进是我国高校人才强校的最为直接有效的举措。囿于所处地域和办学条件,徐州高校在激烈的人才竞争中处于劣势,面临吸引力不足、品牌意识淡薄、引才成本高、渠道单一、缺乏校地沟通等诸多困难,严重制约了徐州高校的发展。徐州高校必须改变现在各自为战的方式,利用徐州高校完美的生态系统构建人才引进协同发展模式,共同建设徐州高教高地。通过成立徐州高校人才引进工作研究会、打造徐州高校品牌、建立协同发展工作机制、加强高校与地方政府协作等实现徐州高校人才引进的“共同富裕”,更好地服务于区域经济和社会发展。

    Abstract:

    The introduction of talent is the most direct and effective measures for strong school in China. Because of the region and the condition of running a school, at a disadvantage in the fierce competition for talent in colleges and universities of Xuzhou, facing a less attractive, brand consciousness, makes the high cost, single channel, lack of School of communication and many other difficulties, seriously restricted the development of Xuzhou colleges and universities. Xuzhou colleges and universities must change the fragmentation manner , construction of talent introduction collaborative development pattern by using the ecological system of Xuzhou colleges and universities perfect, Construction of Xuzhou higher education highland. The establishment of talents in Colleges and universities of Xuzhou the introduction of work study will, build Xuzhou college brand, the establishment of cooperative working mechanism, strengthen the development of universities and local government cooperation to realize the talents in Colleges and universities of Xuzhou the introduction of "common prosperity", to better serve the regional economic and social development.
