Abstract:Objective: To understand the status quo of the Cross-training Needs of Young managers. Methods: Young managers in 13 tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province are surveyed, 527 effective questionnaires are taken back. Results: In all respondents,89.7% consider the Cross-training of young managers in hospitals is important, 45.5% consider the training should start in the first year of work,35.5% consider the training time should be one year, and 40.2% consider the training should carry out in three to four departments. Conclusion: Hospitals should pay more attention to the Cross-training of young managers in hospitals, make a reasonable plan and establish an evaluation system.
