Abstract:Objective through the employee satisfaction survey the present situation of hospital, to propose a solution for the problems of rectification, improve employee satisfaction, improve the quality of medical service, to provide decision-making basis for hospitals to improve employee satisfaction. Methods by questionnaire, statistical analysis of the collected data is tested with SPSS20.0 software. Results the overall situation close to employee satisfaction satisfactory level; influence factors are the jobs, education level and professional title. Conclusion to pay attention to employee satisfaction hospital should establish emotional management, employee satisfaction survey system, pay attention to the different influence factors and the difference between different groups, to improve employee job satisfaction.
