This paper surveys the relevant literature that existing in half of twentieth Century, and investigates all historical archives before 1938 what kept by the Nanjing Medical University record room. This article has conducted the research to the facts of Jiangsu Provincial Medical College which is the predecessor of Nanjing Medical University. The main content of this article mainly includes the situation of school, the school organization system, the teaching system, social services, patriotic movement and so on.Some education idea held by Jiangsu Provincial Medical College still have some reference meaning for modern higher education : 1.
