Abstract:From the relationship between doctor and patient management system and management system of the necessity, importance, effectiveness, conditional and implementation of the five aspects of the design of the questionnaire, the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of data. Found in different positions, the position of the respondents have insufficient understanding of these five aspects. Applying modern advanced system innovation thought and system design theory, the system design theory into the doctor-patient relationship management system, enhance the system concept of hospital administrators and medical staff, improve the necessity of management system and the management system of usefulness, effectiveness, understanding conditional and execution, solve the contradiction of the doctor-patient relationship from the system management level, promote the formation of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
