This article focuses on the problems in the subsidy pattern for college students whose families are in finance difficulty. A college developmental subsidy pattern is proposed. Exemplified by the practice of “Boli Students’ Fellowship”, its publicity, the establishment of students’ education platform and the management of students’ unions are analyzed to give suggestions for optimizing college students’ subsidy system.
