Through the investigation on tracking review in the ethics committee 3-A-Grade Hospital in Nanjing, we found that most hospitals has established the tracking review, but the work to tracking review is not enough, and the records of tracking review are not complete, which need to be improved. We recommend that the tracking review should be improved, gradually, and the active and passive tracking reviews should be enhanced at the same time. Otherwise, the records of the tracking review process need to be detailed record. At last, we call on that the research institution of ethics committee should prove enough human resources and material resources for the development of tracking review.
