Opening fundamental nursing laboratory is an effective method of cultivating clinical practical capacity and comprehensive qualities of nursing undergraduates. The opening laboratory is managed by students, and an evaluation and reward system is established, then use QQ as an assistant tool of lab management. Students well accept evaluation and reward system and doing the lab management actively. The management effect is highly improved, and the comprehensive quality of students is raised.
