Abstract Objective To understand the dialysis patient’s understanding of dialysis emergency and research progress of dialysis disaster emergency in US and China. Method Using documentations research to collect relevant literature. Results The study of dialysis disaster emergency in US is around experience learning, emergency investigation of dialysis institutions and dialysis patients, and the achievements is benefit to the improving of dialysis emergency plan. But less research on dialysis disaster in China. Conclusion The research achievements of dialysis emergency in US is worth studying, and we should pay attention to the study of dialysis disaster emergency.
