Objective:To investigate the subjective well-being and relevant influence factors of medical workers at present,combined with the psychologic status of the offensive in the doctor-patient conflicts,to search the key factors affecting the subjective well-being of medical workers in the doctor-patient offensive event.Methods:Three hundred and sixty-nine medical workers have been investigated by questionnaire survey.Results: There are many statistical variables, including sex，salary, titles etc, which have impact on the subjective well-being.There were linear regression relations which were negative related,among the happiness level and the forgiveness level.Conclusion:There are many effective factors that can change medical workers’well-being.Combined with the forgiveness level in the offensive,we can predict the the happiness level in a certain extent.According to this,we can infer that adjust medical workers’ psychologic status to improve forgiveness level helps to build a h armonious doctor-patient relationship and be good to their mental health.
