【】Objective: This article analyzed the present problems in higher education of health management. It also explored the way for students to establish professional ideas and improve their professional knowledge to provide reference for making students more professional. Methods: The professional recognition questionnaire survey was conducted among 235 students majoring in health management from two universities in Nanjing. Results: There are some differences between the students’ cognitive degree of the training in management skills with cultivation of professional qualities by school and the school training program. Conclusion: Schools and students should strengthen communication with each other in terms of perfecting the talents cultivation model in order to improve the professional and social adaptability of the talent.
