Aim: exploring the construction of hospital safety culture system under JCI standard.Methods: take the case of Wuxi NO.2 People's hospital,through JCI international accreditation,they integrate the concept of hospital safety culture under JCI standard with the essence of Centennial Puren culture,keep on improving it continuously,and actively explore the safety culture system that suits their hospital's development.Results: building a healthy and upward cultural system,the atmosphere of keeping on improving hospital's culture is stronger,the patients' satisfaction increases effectively.Conclusion: the hospital safety culture is a systematic project,the introduction of JCI standard can boost the safety awareness of medical personnel,and forms hospital safety culture.
