    摘要:

    研究生教育是国民国等教育的最高层次,能为国家提供最广泛的智力支撑,储备大量持续创新的高层次后备人才。目前我国研究生招生规模逐年增加,大多数高校导师数量相对不足,研究生缺乏导师的全程悉心指导,培养质量良莠不齐。研究生培养模式虽已广泛采用学分制,但普遍存在创新能力不足、实践能力不强,无法满足社会对高素质创新型人才的需求。本文以医学专业学分制条件下的双导师制研究生培养为切入点,剖析双导师制在研究生培养中的优势,提出双导师制度的实施方案和考评办法,为构建新型研究生培养模式提供新的思路。

    Abstract:

    Postgraduate education is the highest level of education in our country, which can provide the most extensive intellectual supports and reserve a large number of sustainable innovation and high level talents. As the enrollment scale expanded continuously in recent years, a sufficient number of tutors have been relatively inadequate in the majority of universities, most graduate students do not have the careful guidance of the instructor, so that the quality of graduate education is often uneven. Although the credit system has been widely adopted in the postgraduate education of most universities in our country, which is not satisfy the demand of the society for the high quality innovative talents and the requirement of stronger practical ability. The education mode of dual tutorial system under the condition of credit system in medical postgraduates as the breakthrough point, the advantages of dual tutorial system in medical cultivating model of postgraduate will be explained, and put forward the detailed plans and evaluation methods, and provide novel ideas to establish new postgraduate training mode.
