The personnel agency is a new measure to divide employment with personnel management. Cadre Personnel Archive is a characteristic feature of the personnel management system of our country. Health system is the place where the professional and technical personnel and the high level talents gather. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the personnel system, personnel file management of personnel agency personnel in health system needs to be further standardized and improved. In this paper, combining the status of the personnel file management of health system in our province with accumulation of work experience, we discussed how to standardize personnel management and personnel file management.
