Quality is the lifeline of university education. Based on the research of concept’s analysis,the article has clarified following concepts, as the university and other institutions of higher education, education and teaching, and quality of university education and university teaching, further explored the connotation of the quality of university education. Also the article has analysed the core elements and possible dimensions about evaluating the quality of university education.
