In recent years, more and more hospitals began using WeChat public platform for patient treatment and hospital management services, to optimize the treatment process, reduce patient waiting time, improve the patient experience for medical treatment purposes. Enhance medical services, improve medical treatment of patients experience degrees, it is an important part of the current round of medical reform. To solve these problems, this paper three public hospitals in Nanjing as a study on the construction of their micro-channel public platform has been studied in order to provide a reference WeChat public platform in the effective use of medical services.
